*In this context, the term "Link" or "Links" refers to any person or entity in a client’s life who directly or indirectly influences them. A Link might be a collateral contact, family member, friend, neighbor, community worker, or anyone else linked to the client

Both the terminology around substance use and the way we refer to older adults are continually evolving, with a growing focus on avoiding ageism and using client-led language.
