With 35 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, Bob Fowler has dedicated his career to supporting individuals facing substance use and other behavioral health challenges. For over 15 years, Bob has shared their expertise as part-time faculty at the University of Southern Maine’s School of Social Work, preparing future social workers for effective, compassionate practice. Previously, Bob served as the Executive Director of Milestone Recovery in Portland, where they led programs providing comprehensive services to people experiencing substance use disorders and homelessness

Roberta 'Ro' Peterson, Design & Project Manager

With eight years of experience as a project professional, Ro has learned that successful initiatives are rooted in strong project management. As a seasoned project professional and emerging project manager, Ro combines expertise in gerontology with project management skills to support key contributors in advancing knowledge that informs future community-based practices.
